Cancel Vehicle Registration

This service enables you to apply for a possession certificate for a vehicle registered in the Dubai traffic system, issue a certificate to export a vehicle outside the UAE or to transfer your vehicle from Dubai to another emirate. Then, your vehicle registration will be cancelled rendering the vehicle not roadworthy.

Diplomatic Bodies

  1. Emirates ID of the authorised person
  2. NOC from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (when a vehicle is with consulate plates)

Commercial Companies
