Apply for Vehicle Inspection

This service enables you to book a vehicle technical inspection appointment online and then visit approved service centres to inspect the vehicle and check its roadworthiness in order to register, renew or transfer its ownership or to export it in Dubai.

  1. This service has no required documents.
  1. 150 inspection of a light vehicle / light bus
  2. 200 inspection of a heavy vehicle / heavy bus
  3. 150 inspection of a motorcycle
  4. 100  inspection of a quad bike
  5. 150 inspection of a light mechanical equipment
  6. 200 inspection of heavy mechanical equipment
  7. 150 inspection of trailer and semi-trailer
  1. 420 technical inspection of a classical vehicle
  2. 100 export technical inspection
  3. 150 chassis number engraving
  4. 100 re-inspection of trailer and semi-trailer
  5. 50 re-inspection of a light vehicle / light bus/motorcycle
  6. 75 re-inspection of heavy vehicle / heavy bus
  7. An additional fee of 100 will be charged if a technical inspection appointment isn’t booked at the Al Barsha or Al Qusais registration centres for the following inspection services: registration, renewal, and export with plates
  8. +20 Knowledge and Innovation fees

Note*: A fee of 20  will be added for Knowledge/Innovation for services valued at 50 or less.
